I can project it on the front projector, but can't get it to show on the rear projector. I want the speaker that is using their powerpoint presentation to be able to see what they are showing on the rear screen without having to turn around to see what's on the front screen. I am not a MAC (apple) user so any response needs to take that into consideration. I have searched for answers but have not been able to find a suitable explanation.
Hardware » Mac » Tech Ease: It's easy to connect your iBook or PowerBook laptop. You can display your Keynote or Powerpoint presentation on the projector,. Was using latest version of Powerpoint for Mac to project a presentation to a class at UCLA. Used the 'Presenter View' so that I had one view (with notes) and the class saw only the presentation.

Was using latest version of Powerpoint for Mac to project a presentation to a class at UCLA. Used the 'Presenter View' so that I had one view (with notes) and the class saw only the presentation. However, the displays were swapped and the Presenter View was projected. I could not switch back. I could not click on the 'swap displays' button because that was the version projected on the screen.
The 'Presenter View' setting was selected, not the Mirror Show in the menu area of the application. No one could figure it out. We even tried going to Displays in Preferences and changing the Arrangement to Mirror, but still it didn't work. Basically, my screen was NOT showing the 'Presenter View'. Could it have made a difference that the media projector was connected after the computer was on? Thank you to anyone who can help!
